- Thorough vacuuming of all floors, carpets, rugs, and stairs (with detailed attention using the vacuum wand for every room and corner)/Mopping of all floors (with additional scrubbing for stubborn stains using a scrub brush)

- Making of beds (with sheet changing if necessary)

- Wet wiping light bulbs due to the time involved and the risk of breakage

We offer flat-rate pricing based on your home’s size, with the flexibility to adjust for larger or messier homes. Our current rates are as follows:
- Studio Cleaning Service: $179 (1.5 Hr)
- One Bed Cleaning Service: $199 (2 Hr)
- Two Bed Cleaning Service: $249 (3 Hr)
- Three Bed Cleaning Service: $349 (4 Hr)
- Four Bed Cleaning Service: $399 (5 Hrs)
Most of our clients are typically away while we perform our cleaning services. It’s crucial to provide precise entry instructions when booking online or via phone to avoid lock-out fees if access to the property is restricted.
No. We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. Client-provided cleaning products are discouraged for safety reasons.
While these tasks aren’t included in our standard flat-rate service, you can easily book an hourly service and specify that you’d like to prioritize them, providing detailed instructions on what needs attention. If the estimated time proves to be insufficient, we’re more than happy to schedule a follow-up appointment.
We love pets, but for safety please secure pets during our visit.
Tips are always appreciated, but your cleaning service will always be great no matter what. Please keep in mind that the only way to tip is with cash directly to your cleaner; we cannot accept tips online.
Please cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment time to avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours or denied access incur fees.

✓ Safety (Pets & Heavy Items): For safety, please secure pets during our visit. We cannot move heavy items; kindly move them if you’d like them cleaned around.
✓ Handling of Waste: We reserve the right to decline cleaning human or animal waste. Please contact a specialized service for such tasks.
✓ Arrival: We aim to arrive within a 30-minute window of the scheduled time.
✓ Cancellations: Please cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment time to avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours or denied access incur fees.
✓ Guarantee: While refunds aren’t provided, we’re committed to your satisfaction. Notify us within 24 hours if you’re unsatisfied, and we’ll continue until you’re pleased.
✓ Arbitration Agreement: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Parties agree to waive participation in class actions.
